July 17 ロミロミ（Lomilomi)昨日はロミロミの体験イベントに行ってきました。マッサ－ジされるのは大好きなので、これまでもタイマッサ－ジ、アーユルヴェーダ、韓国の垢すり、ヨ－ロッパ式オイルマッサ－ジなど、体験してきましたがハワイアンロミロミは初めて。オイルを使うのでかなりソフトだし、癒された。イオロイさん、ありがとう！オ－ラソーマというカラ－セラピ－（106本のカラ－ボトルから選んだものの中で、心理を占う）、コ－チングにタロット占いコ－ナ－もありました。最近のヨガブ－ムといい、女性はなぜこんなに癒しに走るのか？と思うこの頃。心と身体のバランスを取るのがむずかしいから、かな？ a href="http://lifestyle.blogmura.com/">
I went to the experience event of the lomi lomi yesterday. I have some experience of Thai massage ayurveda, Korean massage,Europian oil massage,but Hawaian lomilomi was the first time,use special oil,considerably and soft, and I was healed. Thank you for Ioroi-san! She is my friend.Ora Sorma (color therapie chosing the color bottle in 106. )､tarot fortune-telling,coaching were also in the same place.Yoga boom of today, why does the woman run for healing so much?I don't know that answer but maybe it is difficult to be balanced of the mind and the body? |
